Job summary

H&M Trucking is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for over-the-road dry van freight. You will operate a CMV in FMCSA compliance, maintain logs, and work with dispatch to ensure on-time delivery. This role offers weekly pay, detention and layover pay, and holiday pay when applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months verifiable OTR driving experience
• Commitment to safety and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in accordance with FMCSA regulations
• Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Drivers average between $2,000 and $2,200 per week
• Weekly pay
• Detention, layover, breakdown and weather delay pay
• Anniversary pay: 1–3 years $850; 4–5 years $1,700; 6+ years $2,550
• $225 for major holidays (if out)
