Job summary

H&M Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for over-the-road (OTR) dry van freight. You will safely operate a CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations, maintain logs, and communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time deliveries. Weekly pay, detention and holiday pay are included, with holiday bonuses for extended trips.

We offer paid orientation and access to modern equipment. A focus on safety and professionalism is required, with 24 months of verifiable OTR experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
