Job summary

ARC Logistics is seeking Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers for open contracts out of Hagerstown, MD. Drive in two-driver teams on dedicated OTR lanes with no solo openings on these routes, featuring weekly pay and safety incentives.

Requirements include a 36-month verifiable Class A tractor-trailer history, a Doubles/Triples endorsement or ability to obtain it quickly, a clean safety record, and strong English communication for safety and dispatch. Home time weekly on a Sun-Mon schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 36 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Active Doubles/Triples endorsement, or willingness to obtain quickly.
• Safe driving history with zero drug or alcohol violations.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety, dispatch, and DOT compliance.
• Dependable attendance, professional conduct, and a safety-first work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated OTR lanes safely and efficiently as part of a two-driver team.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD records.
• Follow DOT, company, and customer safety procedures.
• Communicate promptly with dispatch about delays, equipment concerns, and route status.
