Job summary

ARC Logistics is hiring Class A OTR team drivers to run routes out of Woodbridge, NJ. This is a two-driver, full-time W-2 team position with 4 weeks out and 1 week home. You will operate on dedicated OTR lanes and must maintain safety and DOT compliance.

Weekly pay ranges from $2,400 to $2,800 per driver, with an average around $2,437.50. Freight is no-touch and drop-and-hook; the fleet is operated as part of a FedEx Ground contractor, emphasizing steady year-round freight.

Qualifications

• At least 36 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• An active Doubles/Triples endorsement, or willingness to obtain it quickly.
• A safe driving history with zero drug or alcohol violations.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety, dispatch, and DOT compliance.
• Dependable attendance, professional conduct, and a safety-first work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated OTR lanes safely and efficiently as part of a two-driver team.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD records.
• Follow DOT, company, and customer safety procedures.
• Communicate promptly with dispatch about delays, equipment concerns, and route status.
