Job summary

Navajo Express is a third-generation, family-owned carrier with 45 years in business. We run refrigerated freight OTR across our network with 99% no-touch loads and average 2,600–3,000 miles per week.

We offer strong pay and benefits: $85,000–$90,000 per year for top drivers, up to $300 bonus for clean roadside inspections, full health benefits, pet and rider policy, guaranteed hometime, and modern equipment with bumper-to-bumper coverage. ISAAC ELD and lease programs available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Good MVR – reviewed case by case.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 3 years and no felony within the past 5 years.
• Credible work history required.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no-touch loads.
• Average 2,600-3,000 miles per week.
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with options to balance hometime and miles.
