Job summary

Navajo Express is a third-generation, family-owned carrier celebrating 45 years in business, and we're still growing. We run 53' reefer trailers servicing the contiguous 48 states with a focus on safety and reliability.

Our drivers earn $85,000–$90,000 per year for top performers, with up to $300 bonus for clean roadside inspections, plus full health benefits, a pet and rider policy, guaranteed hometime, and late-model equipment with bumper-to-bumper coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case).
• No DUI/DWI within the past 3 years, and no felony within the past 5 years.
• Credible work history.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no-touch loads.
• Average 2,600-3,000 miles per week.
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with new hometime options to get home more or stay out and earn more.
