Job summary

Navajo Express, a third-generation, family-owned carrier with 45 years on the road, is seeking drivers for 99% no-touch reefer freight across the lower 48. Earn $85,000–$90,000 per year with reliable weekly miles and home-time options.

Benefits include medical/dental/vision and a rider policy. Tractors are late-model with bumper-to-bumper coverage, and ISAAC ELD is used for easy mobile access. A lease program is available on 2024–2026 models.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• 21 years of age or older.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years, and no felony in the past 5 years.
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case) and a credible work history.

Responsibilities

• OTR refrigerated freight across the lower 48.
• 99% no-touch loads.
• 53' reefer trailers, 44,500 lb. payload capacity.
