Job summary

Navajo Express, a third-generation, family-owned carrier with 45 years on the road, is looking for CDL drivers for 99% no-touch reefer freight across the lower 48. Earn strong miles with steady pay and a supportive team.

This opportunity offers a pay range of $85,000–$90,000 per year, 2,600–3,000 miles weekly, and bonus potential for clean roadside inspections. Home time options and modern trucks with bumper-to-bumper coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• 21 years of age or older.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years, and no felony in the past 5 years.
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case) and credible work history.

Responsibilities

• OTR refrigerated freight across the lower 48.
• 99% no-touch loads.
• 53' reefer trailers with 44,500 lb payload capacity.
