Job summary

Penske is hiring full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers to haul palletized product locally using Penske Truck Leasing trucks. Earn $85,000 to $100,000 annually with a $10,000 retention bonus. Layovers required; Hazmat endorsement preferred.

You will drive within a safety-focused environment and be part of a nationwide team. The schedule is a 5-day work week with PM dispatch. Comprehensive benefits include vacation, retirement, health care, disability, life/AD&D, uniforms, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with <=2 moving violations or accidents.
• Compliance with all federal/state laws and safety rules.
• English language proficiency required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletized product to customers locally using an electric pallet jack.
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
• 1 to 3 layovers required per week.
