Job summary

Longistics is seeking OTR team drivers for a private fleet. HOME EVERY 2 WEEKS — WE KEEP YOU ROLLING! Teams start at 0.80 per mile split, solos at 0.60 per mile; most teams run 5,000–5,500 miles weekly.

Earn weekly pay with benefits: medical, dental, vision, plus 2,500 sign-on bonus, 2,500 referral bonus, quarterly safety bonus, and more. 100% no-touch freight, detentions and stops pay, orientation pay, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Must be 24 years of age.
• Must have a Class A CDL (no endorsements required).
• Must have a Clean MVR and Background.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR as part of a team or solo as dispatched.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with DOT requirements.
• Adhere to company safety policies and regulations and ensure on-time delivery.
