Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• No drivers over 65 years old.
• 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No active license suspensions.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in 3 years.
• Accident report required if applicable.
• No reckless driving, no speeding over 15 mph, no seat belt violations in CMV in last 3 years.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Driver must have consecutive and recent experience.
• Felony convictions: none.
• No convictions regarding children.
• DUI/DWI: none.
• Haz-Mat: not required.
• DOT physical: valid medical card; at least 3 months remaining.
• Med card up front.
• Drug screening: urine.
• No SAP drivers in a lifetime.
• Truck types: Company Drivers - Solo; Team pre-made teams.
• Runs: OTR.
• Freight: Dry Van; Reefer.
• Equipment: Volvo 2024-2027; Freightliner Cascadia 2024-2027.
