H&M Trucking is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. You will safely operate a CMV, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain logs per FMCSA rules while ensuring on-time deliveries.

The role offers weekly pay, holiday pay, and a robust benefits package with modern equipment and a focus on safety. Expect detour and delay compensation and a comprehensive orientation, with potential for tenure-based anniversary pay.

Formación

• CDL-A driving experience required with verifiable OTR work history.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism in all operations.
• Ability to operate and manage logs and documentation per FMCSA rules.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Drivers average between $2,000 and $2,200 a week.
• Weekly pay; detention, layover, breakdown, and weather delay pay.
• Anniversary pay tiers: 1–3 yrs $850; 4–5 yrs $1,700; 6+ yrs $2,550.
• $225 for major holidays (if out).
