Job summary

10-4 Truck Recruiting is seeking a CDLA recent graduate/no experience driver for entry-level OTR work. Trainees must have a valid CDL, be at least 21, and complete 120 hours of school in the past 6 months. Training lasts about 4 weeks with pay; days at home are not paid.

We offer generous pay programs including training pay of $100 per day and potential weekly earnings up to $700 during training, plus ongoing mileage-based compensation and home-time benefits once on the road.
