Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and PSP/MVR.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery schedules.
• Physically able to sit for extended periods and perform job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport freight over long distances, including overnight and multi-day trips.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, electronic logs (ELDs), and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, or issues.
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of freight when applicable.
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck.
• Represent Crosslin Trucking LLC in a professional manner with customers and the public.
