Job summary

GEX Transport seeks CDL Class A drivers for long-haul freight with steady weekly pay and reliable home time. Paid orientation and a driver mentor are provided to support recent grads, with 2 weeks out and 2 days at home and an average of 2,500–3,200 miles weekly.

Candidates must have 6 months of OTR or regional experience, a valid CDL Class A, and a clean MVR with the ability to pass a DOT drug screen. GEX Transport is an established carrier committed to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of over‑the‑road or regional experience to qualify.
• Minimum age of 21 with a valid CDL Class A license.
• CDL school certificate with at least 120 hours.
• Clean MVR and background; ability to pass DOT drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Operate a Class A tractor trailer on long haul routes.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and driver managers.
