Job summary

Downhole Chemical Solutions is seeking a reliable Over-the-Road Driver to transport equipment across multiple states. The role requires a CDL-A, DOT compliance knowledge, and a safety-minded approach for long-haul assignments.

You will perform DVIRs, log hours, and maintain clean vehicles while coordinating with dispatch and maintenance teams. This is a full-time position with regional and multi-day trips and home time on schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of DOT rules, Hours of Service, and ELD compliance.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform light maintenance tasks.
• Ability to operate smartphones and dispatch/routing apps used for dispatch and compliance.
• Willingness to be away from home for multi-day OTR trips, including sleeper-berth.
• Positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer over long-haul, multi-state routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIRs) on tractors and trailers.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles (interior and exterior).
• Collect and submit accurate Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation.
• Plan efficient, compliant delivery routes and manage Hours of Service (HOS).
• Ensure safety equipment is stocked in vehicles and functional.
• Communicate with Logistics Manager, Remote Ops Center, Mechanics and facilities.
• Complete multi-state, overnight, and multi-day deliveries as assigned.
