Job summary

Certified Delivery Service in Michigan is seeking a driver with a Class A CDL-A to operate local, regional or occasional overnight freight routes (no hazmat). Flatbed experience preferred. You will drive flatbed, open step or 53' conestoga and 53' dry vans.

Starting at $18.50 per hour locally or $0.44 per mile with detention pay and annual reviews, plus health benefits, 5 paid holidays and one week vacation after one year. Must pass DOT tests and maintain safety.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years CDL-A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred, but not required.
• Less than 4 points on Michigan Driver's license.
• Must be willing to pass a drug/alcohol test and DOT physical/Road Test.

Responsibilities

• Drive local, regional or occasional overnight general freight (no hazmat).

Certified Delivery Service is an expedite interstate motor carrier in business since 2002. We need an employee driver with a Class A CDL-A license, to drive local, regional or occasional overnight general freight loads (no hazmat). Flatbed experience to drive our flatbed, open step or 53' conestoga. We also have 53' dry vans.

Starting at $18.50 per hour local or $0.44 per mile with hourly detention time paid, and annual reviews. Good health benefits, 5 paid holidays per year and one week vacation after one year.

Job type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour

Requirements

• Min 2 Years CDL-A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred, but not required
• Less than 4 points on Michigan Driver's license.
• Flexible Schedule (driving assignments are typically given day before)
• No Drugs / No Alcohol Must be willing and able to pass a drug/alcohol test at hire and any time of employment.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Must be able to pass a DOT Road Test.
