Venture Express, Inc. is seeking CDL-A company drivers for an OTR lease purchase program in Greenville, OH. You’ll operate both local and regional routes with flexible home-time options and a strong benefits package.

Earn $27–$30 per hour plus a $0.50 per mile raise every 6 months for the first 3 years, with 401(k), life insurance, and medical plans. No-touch and drop-and-hook freight keep you moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• No careless driving or reckless driving on MVR within 3 years.
• Must be 22 years of age or older.

Routes

• Choose from OTR, regional, or dedicated positions in select areas. Home time varies by route, with weekly or bi-weekly options for many drivers.

Pay

• Earn up to $93,600 per year, depending on route, location, and driving schedule. CPM ranges from $0.64-$0.70 with a scheduled $0.02/mi raise after 6 months.*
