Job summary

Steve Ford Trucking is hiring for Regional and OTR Class A truck driving positions. Vehicles include 2024–2026 Peterbilt & Freightliner Cascadias. Drivers enjoy riders and pets from day one, home every other weekend, and 100% no-touch freight with 80% drop & hook.

Assigned trucks travel with outward-facing cameras only. Expect weekly pay between $1,500 and $1,800 based on experience and routes. Drivers benefit from being assigned trucks and bringing the vehicle home during off time, with XM

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 months CDL-A driving experience.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• No terminations from previous employer for any reason.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine drug screen.
• Fairly clean driving record.
• Outward-facing cameras ONLY.

Responsibilities

• OTR account with home every other weekend.
• Routes primarily east of I-35, no NYC.
• 100% no-touch freight, 80% drop & hook.
• Assigned truck, take it home during off time.
• Operate with outward-facing cameras only.
