Job summary

Steve Ford Trucking is actively hiring for Regional and OTR Class A truck driving positions. Vehicles include 2024–2026 Peterbilt & Freightliners Cascadias with outward-facing cameras only. Riders and pets are allowed from day one, and assigned trucks can be taken home during off time.

Starting pay is up to $1,500–$1,800 per week based on experience, with routes mainly east of I-35 and explicit exclusion of NYC. The program emphasizes no NYC, 100% no-touch freight, and home every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 months of CDL-A truck driving experience.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine drug screen.
• Fairly clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• OTR routes primarily East of I-35 with home every other weekend.
• 100% no-touch freight with 80% drop & hook; no driver-facing cameras, cameras outward-facing only.
