This is a 1099 position with flexible home time, designed for drivers who want substantial miles and respect from dispatch. Expect governance at a steady 72 MPH, no NYC dispatch, and a supportive team that emphasizes profitability and driver autonomy.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience; license must show 2+ years.
• Standard DOT urine screen only (no hair follicle testing).
• Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Max 2 violations (last 3 years).
• Nationwide hiring except CA, MS, LA, and AL.
