Qualifications

• Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; candidates must demonstrate ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies.
• This driver role is over-the-road, operating CMV tractors/trailers and complying with FMCSA regulations.
• Eligible candidates: 21+ years old, CDL-A license, valid DOT Medical Card or eligibility before hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles to transport goods between locations.
• Move, stack, and unload CHI doors and products at destinations including service centers and dealer locations.
• Lift 80+ pounds and use forklifts or related equipment as required; work in a demanding trailer environment.
• All runs originate and terminate in Arthur, IL; reside in area preferred but not required.
