Job summary

Alfa Freight is seeking serious owner-operators to partner with and grow as a team. You can work under our authority or yours, with New MCs welcome and a sign-on bonus. We offer a fuel card program and pay incentives for clean DOT inspections, with an on-site orientation and a 2-day hiring process.

Our offer features weekly gross pay of $6,000–$8,000 (solo), no factoring fees, no forced dispatch, and regular bi-weekly home time across 48 states of general freight, mostly no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• Box trucks 24' or 26' are acceptable.
• Truck no older than 2015.
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor with Alfa Freight, under our or your authority.
• Handle OTR freight across 48 states with generally no-touch loads.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards while partnering with Alfa Freight.
