Job summary

Alfa Freight is seeking serious owner-operators to partner with and grow as a team in the United States. You can operate under our authority or yours, with new MCs welcome and a sign-on bonus, plus bonuses for clean DOT inspections.

We offer weekly gross earnings of $6,000–$8,000 (solo), with no factoring fees and no forced dispatch. OT R loads cover 48 states, with 24/7 safety & ELD support and bi-weekly home time for consistent freight and reliable rates.

Qualifications

• Box truck required: 24' or 26' capacity.
• Truck must be no older than 2015.
• No SAP / no more than 1 moving violation in past 2 years.
• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.

Responsibilities

• OTR freight across 48 states.
• Operate as independent contractor with or under Alfa Freight's authority.
• No factoring fees; direct dispatch options.
• Bi-weekly home time and 24/7 safety & ELD support.
