Job summary

The Center for Alcohol & Drug Treatment in Duluth, MN is seeking licensed RNs to support the Clearpath Opioid Treatment Program. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and variable shifts from part-time to full-time, with a Monday–Friday early schedule and occasional Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and coordinating referrals. A MN RN license, CPR/First Aid, and background clearance are required; MOUD/OTP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• This role requires a nursing certificate and an actively licensed RN in Minnesota.
• CPR and First Aid certification are required or obtained before direct patient contact.
• Applicants must pass background studies by the Minnesota DHS and know relevant regulations.
• Preferred MOUD and OTP program experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and nursing care per protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Explain procedures to gain patient cooperation and alleviate concerns.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safe medication dispensing in OTP.
