Job summary

Center for Alcohol & Drug Treatment in Duluth, MN seeks an LPN to support the Clearpath Opioid Treatment Program. You will administer medications, manage nursing care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to aid recovery. This role emphasizes safe opioid treatment and patient education.

Hours are 5:30am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday with one Saturday rotation per month. A sign-on bonus of $2000 is offered along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• LPN certificate from college or technical school.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtained before patient contact.
• Training in co-occurring disorders is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and nursing care per protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain patient records and document care provided accurately.
• Coordinate referrals and follow up on medical referrals.
