Bronx Care Health System's Department of Psychiatry seeks an Office Manager for the Opioid Treatment Program. BronxCare Health System is one of only a few hospital systems in New York State to have an Opioid Treatment Program, Inpatient Detoxification unit, an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, an Outpatient Addictions Treatment Program, and a Community Residence located on the same campus. In addition to these multiple levels of addiction treatment, BronxCare Health System has comprehensive mental health services provided by our Department of Psychiatry, the largest mental health provider in the South and Central Bronx.
The Office Manager II is the primary support for a clinical/administrative department. This position is responsible for general office operations, filing, organizing, and overall administrative performance. The Office Manager II will supervise Secretaries/Receptionists, Medical Billers, and other office personnel. The successful candidate must also be able to collaborate with multiple disciplines within the Department of Psychiatry, in the wider context of a Teaching Hospital. The clinic is well structured and organized. The physical environment is well maintained and secure, and it is located within the BronxCare Fulton Psychiatry campus. Mass-transit and parking options are nearby.
Two to four (2-4) years demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Supervisor.

Salary: $60,000 per year
Schedule: 7am-3pm, 8 hour shift
