GEISINGER MEDICAL CENTER (GMC), located in Danville, PA, is the region's largest tertiary/quaternary care teaching hospital with 475 beds, including 89 pediatric beds in the Janet Weis Children's Hospital. GMC is a Magnet Hospital and maintains the only Level 1 Regional Resource Trauma Center in the region, with additional pediatric qualifications.
