A large healthcare system seeks an ENT to work in the West Plains, MO area! Live in the Ozarks of Missouri.

CONTACT:

Large healthcare system seeking a BE/BC ENT. Enjoy a team-oriented work environment with a great work/life balance. The clinic is established with a high referral base, operating Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. You will see approximately 18-25 patients per day and have dedicated OR block time. The position offers a competitive guaranteed salary plus wRVU production bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on General ENT patients
• Grow a practice in a thriving market with an established referral system
• Operate in a modern clinic located on the hospital campus with state-of-the-art equipment
• Perform medical and surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, ear and sinus surgeries, voice and swallowing disorder treatments, sleep apnea management, allergy testing and immunotherapy, endocrine and thyroid surgeries, and treatment of head and neck cancers
