Job description

ENT opening in Missouri located in West Plains, MO. Full-Time & Permanent position seeking a BE/BC ENT to join the practice.

Practice Details:

• Established single provider clinic with a high referral base.
• Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
• See approximately 18-25 patients per day with dedicated OR block time.
• Offers a competitive guaranteed salary plus wRVU production bonuses.
• Focus on General ENT patients with growth potential in a thriving market and established referral system.
• Practice located in a new facility with state-of-the-art equipment, on the hospital campus.

Procedures and Services:

Includes tonsillectomy, hearing difficulties, ear and sinus surgeries, voice and swallowing issues, sleep apnea, allergy testing and immunotherapy, endocrine diseases, thyroid and parathyroid surgeries, thyroid cancer, and other head and neck cancers.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary around $475K, based on MGMA standards.
• $25,000 sign-on bonus.
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement.
• Monthly educational stipend during training.
• Student loan support up to $100,000.
• Up to $4,500 for CME, professional licenses, dues, and journals.
• 8 weeks of paid time off annually.
