Job description

We have served East Tennessee for 50 years. With the pending retirement of a senior partner, we are seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our single-specialty group.

Tremendous earning potential! Ability to earn partnership within the first 12 months!

About This Opportunity:
  • Join a full-time, board-certified team of General Otolaryngologists (anticipated replacement for 2 retiring senior partners), two certified physician assistants, and four full-time audiologists.
  • Thriving practice with an established referral pattern means an immediate productive schedule.
  • Interest and experience in otology, facial plastics, or sleep medicine is a plus.
  • Anticipated ER Call Coverage: 1:4 for one hospital, with no facial trauma.
  • Adult and pediatric referrals are accepted.
  • Ancillary services include: in-office surgery suite, allergy, in-office CT scanner, balance center, and hearing aids.
  • Thriving in-house Allergy Department offers SCIT and SLIT.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines guaranteed for the first year.
  • Productivity bonus.
  • Earning potential of $400,000-$800,000.
