Position: Permanent MD/DO - Otolaryngologist
Location: Rutland, Vermont

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.
Perform both surgical and non-surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up procedures.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Otolaryngology.
Active Vermont medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong clinical experience in ENT practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
