Job description

Job Opportunity: ENT Surgeon

A private practice (single-specialty) group currently includes three ENT surgeons. The practice is planning for the retirement or semi-retirement of a senior ENT surgeon.

Position Details:

• Employed by Hospital with a guaranteed annual salary of $335,000 plus a WRVU productivity model.
• Signing bonus of $25,000.
• Educational loan repayment of $10,000 annually.
• Relocation expenses reimbursed up to $10,000.
• $3,000 CME allowance annually.
• Paid occurrence medical liability insurance.
• Full benefits package including health insurance, pension plan, 31 days of paid time off, and 401(k) options.
• Office location ideally close to the ambulatory surgery center and hospital.
• Call schedule of 1:3.

The hospital is licensed for 287 beds, with 236 beds currently operational. The catchment population is approximately 250,000.
