Job Opportunity: Physician for Dysphagia Evaluation Practice

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and all physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week ranges from approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume.
• Health coverage, a 401k retirement plan, and educational stipends are available.
• No weekend or night call duties.
• Malpractice coverage (including tail) is paid for by the practice. In over 19 years and 400,000 evaluations, we have not had a malpractice inquiry or action.

Practice Overview:

Midwest Dysphagia Consultants aims to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit. Our services are requested by physicians and speech-language pathologists for various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients. Requests are routed through our office staff and typically scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, with same-day scheduling possible depending on volume and location. Our goal is to ensure staff are home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
