Job description

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

Practice Details and Benefits

• Annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week ranges approximately from $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume

Our Mission and Services

Midwest Dysphagia Consultants aims to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, for patients with swallowing difficulties. These services are delivered via a mobile unit, as shown on our website.

Work Environment and Scheduling

Physicians and speech-language pathologists request swallowing studies from our mobile unit at various facilities, private offices, and for homebound patients. Requests are routed through our office staff and typically scheduled within 24 to 72 hours. Whenever possible, appointments are scheduled the same day, depending on volume and location, with staff returning home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
