Job Opportunity: Otolaryngologist

Join a strong, patient-centered practice supported by two audiologists and one APP. This position involves working in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings, with a focus on providing high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Must be either Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible, working towards certification within 3 years
• Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred

Schedule and Responsibilities:

• 4-day work week: 3 days in clinic, 1 day in OR
• Clinic call is shared equally and managed from home; no automatic ER call, with an option to opt-in for facial trauma call
• Weekend schedule matches on-call schedule: 1:2 with low volume call
• Clinic volume: 20-25 patients/day; 40 min for new patients, 20 min follow-ups

Facility and System Details:

• Level 3 Trauma facility
• New clinic space with all necessary equipment
• Integrated, multi-specialty health system with a strong referral base

Additional Information:

• Quick start preferred
• Open to new graduates through 2025, expected to become Board Certified within 3 years
• Not accepting candidates with lapsed certification, visa candidates, locum candidates, or those seeking long commutes or multiple jobs
