Job description

Health System in Fargo, ND is seeking a BE/BC ENT Physician to join its practice.

1. Assume an existing busy practice with three excellent partners, including one nurse practitioner.
2. Excellent referral base from more than 20 regional centers. This practice has been in existence for 45 years.
3. Anticipated weekly work schedule at the base location: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Some days will be out for OR.
4. Surgeries average 40 per physician per month (both elective and emergency).
5. Head and neck reconstruction program in partnership with oral surgery.
6. Baha implant program.
7. Ultrasound, thyroid biopsies, and sialendoscopy.
8. Call is expected to be one in 5-6.
9. Anticipated volume of office patients per day at the base location: 20 to 30 patients on average (27 average daily visits, including 26 scheduled and 4 walk-ins).
10. Average inpatient practice volume: approximately 2-4 patients per week or month.
11. On-site allergy lab.

REQUIREMENTS

1. BC/BE in Otolaryngology.
2. Candidate should be comfortable with allergy procedures.

LOCATION

1. Centrally located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota.
2. 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
3. Fargo-Moorhead population: 250,000.
4. Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.
