Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: June 9, 2025
• End Date: August 25, 2025
• Schedule: 7a-7a (Call) from June 9th, 7:00 am to June 16th, 7:00 am, and August 18th, 7:00 am to August 25th, 7:00 am

Clinical Details:

• Call: Coverage at 3 community hospitals for inpatient consults and ED
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Available in the ED and for inpatient consult calls
• Average Call: 10 calls per 24 hours
• Average Call Back: 2-4 hours expected during 24-hour call shift
• Skills/Procedures: ENT type emergency surgeries
• Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient

Requirements:

• Credentials Accepted: Physician (MD/DO)
• Licensure: NY Licensure required
• Board Level: Board Certified
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Workload: Must competently cover 3 community hospitals within 10 miles of each other
• Privileges: Full Privileges, Temp Privileges
• Trauma Experience: Required as UHS is a level 2 trauma center
