Otolaryngologist - ENT Physician

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 1:4 Call | Pay Rate: $600,000.00 annually

An independent health system in Southern Missouri is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologist to join an established ear, nose, and throat practice serving adult and pediatric patients in southeastern Missouri, southern Illinois, and western Kentucky. Join a team with 4 otolaryngologists and 2 nurse practitioners, with sufficient patient volume from day one.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Guaranteed $600,000 base salary or higher based on billings annually
• Aggressive student loan repayment plan up to $420,000
• $50,000 commencement bonus or monthly stipend for residents
• Relocation allowance up to $15,000

Clinic Information:

The clinic is staffed with 2 audiologists and allergy immunotherapy personnel.

• No ER call requirement
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; scribes available, no post-clinic notes required
• Average 28 patients/day and 10-12 surgical procedures/week
• Award-winning hospital ranked in the "Top 100 Hospitals in the Nation" by IBM Watson Health and rated A by Leapfrog Group
• Servicing a patient population of 720,000 with full ENT practice capabilities, including high-volume thyroid/parathyroid surgeries and head and neck cancer management
