• New Patient Waiting Period: 6-8 Weeks
• Quick Ramp-Up: 25+ Patients/Day
• Patient Mix: 50% Peds, 10% Adolescents, 15% Adults, 25% Geriatric
• Referral Base: 15-20 Primary Care Providers
• Clinic located on Hospital Campus
• Utilization of daVinci Xi Surgical System
• Blocked OR Time Available
• 7 Operating Suites
• 24/7 Anesthesia Services (MD & CRNA)
• Hospitalist Program in Place
• Meditech EMR System
• Catchment Area: 4 counties, population 110,000

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $515,000
