ENT Physician

Start Date: ASAP | Pay Rate: $450,000 - $1,000,000

Join an established, private otolaryngology practice located in the heart of Austin, Texas. This opportunity allows you to take over an existing practice with an attached ASC, partnering with an experienced and successful ENT. It is a turnkey practice with excellent staff support, no hospital call, and comfortable patient volumes.

Opportunity Highlights

• One of the few practices offering ZERO hospital/ER call
• Practice ENT the way you want, with a current focus on Rhinology
• Offers a full range of diagnostic tests/procedures, including audiology
• Perform a full scope of ENT surgeries and procedures in a practice-owned ASC
• Thriving cosmetic patient base alongside general ENT, allergy, audiology, etc.
• Surgery center includes an on-site lab and CT scan for patient convenience and efficient procedures
• Current team includes audiologists, 2 APPs, scheduling, and front desk support
• Salary: $450K base + productivity bonus, with a 2-year partnership track
• Potential to generate over $4.9 million in billings
