Florida - Head and Neck Surgical Oncologist

Position Overview

Florida Hospital is seeking a Head and Neck Surgical Oncologist to join Florida's largest healthcare system. The role involves working within the Head and Neck Surgical Oncology Program, which offers comprehensive services in the Jacksonville / North Florida and Southern Georgia markets.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating a world-class comprehensive Head and Neck Surgical Oncology Program.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, APPs, oncologists, speech pathologists, nutritionists, rehabilitation specialists, and care coordinators.
• Share practice call coverage with other providers in the group.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction.
• Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery or the American Board of Surgery.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology or Surgery Residency.
• Completion of a Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Advanced Head and Neck Reconstruction fellowship.
• Unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
• No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension.
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration.
