Job description

Growing Children's Hospital in West Texas is seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join its program. The incoming Pediatric ENT will have the autonomy to structure the practice and schedule according to his or her preferences!

Practice Details:

1. Practice in a multidisciplinary setting with a degree of academic interest (0-100%)
2. One full dedicated administrative day
3. Opportunity to work with General Surgery residents
4. Participate in an active Craniofacial Clinic
5. Engage in an active Aerodigestive Clinic
6. Join an established Pediatric ENT practice with Children's Hospital
7. Outpatient Clinic includes a Hearing Loss Clinic with a full-time Audiologist doing hearing screens
8. Hospital leadership is committed to providing the necessary tools, equipment, and resources to expand access and better serve patients
9. Staff and leadership exhibit a proactive, 'can do' attitude
10. Unique research and medical mission opportunities are available through monthly partnerships
