The position includes surgical privileges at a 477-bed regional hospital with a robust referral base and an Epic EMR system. The package features a $600,000 guaranteed base compensation for three years, an upfront $100,000 bonus, RVU bonus potential, student loan forgiveness, residency stipends, and CME support of $6,000 annually, plus 240 hours

• BC/BE Otolaryngologist needed in Western Kentucky
• The practice has a focus on general ENT with the ability to subspecialize as desired, plus surgical privileges at their beautiful 477-bed regional hospital.
• A large referral base in the community, with over 230,000 primary care and 80,000 pediatric visits annually, provides the opportunity to quickly establish and grow the practice.
• $600,000 guaranteed base compensation for three years
