Job description

Job Description

We are seeking full-time, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologists (MD/DO) to join our growing ENT team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This private practice position is for surgeons interested in general otolaryngology as well as Fellowship trained. Your practice can also be tailored to your specific interests.

Why Join Us?

Established Practice with a Vision - Las Vegas Surgery Associates is an established multispecialty surgical practice with 20 surgeons in general, vascular, ENT, and plastic surgery. We are expanding our ENT service line, which provides an opportunity to build your practice exactly as you see fit.

The Need - Regarding major metropolitan areas, Las Vegas currently has one of the, if not the greatest need for ENTs in the country. Many patients seek care in Southern California or Utah due to long wait times.

Efficient Work-Life Balance - Pure private practice. Physicians have full autonomy over their schedules. Owners are physician-led and owned, and decision-making flows through physicians, not administrators.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary - Starting base (400-500k) with productivity incentives.

Relocation Assistance - Allowing for a smooth financial transition into your new role and community.

Comprehensive Benefits - Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. The group covers your medical, vision, and dental insurance (you must pay the family/spousal portion).

Malpractice Coverage - Includes an occurrence-based policy.

CME Support - 5 days of dedicated time off separate from pto

401k Plan - 4 percent match

New Grads Welcome - Supportive onboarding and mentorship available.

Your Role as an Otolaryngologist:

Diagnose & Treat ENT Conditions/Perform Surgery - Access to all ENT-related needs/pathology

Contribute to the Community - Most importantly, we want you to deliver high-quality ENT care in a region with an incredibly high demand.

Why Las Vegas, Nevada

We offer more than casinos and nightlife. For many residents, the biggest advantages are:

  • Significant Tax Advantages - Nevada does not impose a state income tax, which can make a meaningful difference in take-home pay. Residents also pay zero inheritance tax and estate tax. Lower property taxes as well.

  • Relatively Affordable Housing with Diverse Neighborhoods - Compared with several major West Coast metros such as Los Angeles and San Francisco, Las Vegas can offer more home for the money. We also have many highly rated, family-friendly, master-planned communities like Summerlin and Henderson. These areas feature expansive parks, miles of interconnected trails, and top-rated schools.

  • Excellent Entertainment and Sports - We have easy access to major concerts, shows, sporting events, restaurants, conventions, and festivals. Whether you’re looking for world-class celebrity chef restaurants or an amazing off-strip food scene, we have it. Las Vegas has rapidly transformed into a premier sports city. We now have many major professional teams, including the Vegas Golden Knights (NHL), the Las Vegas Raiders (NFL), the Las Vegas Aces (WNBA), the UFC, and the Las Vegas A’s (MLB).

  • Warm Sunny Weather and Outdoor Recreation - Beyond the neon lights, the region is a paradise for nature lovers. The valley boasts 294 sunny days per year. It offers immediate access to world-class hiking and climbing at Red Rock Canyon, skiing and snowboarding atMount Charleston, and water sports atLake Mead.

  • Convenient travel hub - Harry Reid International Airport provides extensive nonstop domestic and international connections; it offers cheap and frequent direct flights. The average daily commute for residents is just 24 minutes, which is significantly shorter than in major hubs like Los Angeles or Phoenix.

  • Good location for Southwest travel - California, Arizona, Utah, and several national parks are accessible by road, making weekend trips particularly convenient.
