Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a full-time Otolaryngologist at our Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center. The practice offers a broad range of otolaryngology services within an integrated delivery system, with a four-physician team and audiology support.

Starting salary is $440,000 with comprehensive benefits, potential loan forgiveness/repayment, and opportunities to become a MAPMG shareholder.

Qualifications

• MD or DO Board certification or board eligibility in otolaryngology.
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in DC, MD, and VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of otolaryngology surgical care (head/neck, rhinology, otology, pediatric, facial plastics, skin cancer surgery).
• Collaborate with a four-physician otolaryngology team and audiology support.
• Mentor and teach through Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology Residency program.

We invite applications for a full-time Otolaryngologist for practice opportunities at our Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center.Unlike other U.S. health systems, MAPMG is built and led by physicians who earn competitive salaries, without income based on providing individual services. Our medical group comprises board-certified physicians across 60+ specialties. MAPMG physicians use a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) to coordinate care. Our focus is on long-term health, prevention, diagnosing, and treating diseases effectively. MAPMG researchers and staff support innovative ideas, ensuring quality care, educational programming, and advancing best practices through research.Now offering a $50,000 forgivable loan OR $150,000 in student loan repayment as a new hire incentive!

What You Can Expect:

• A referral‑based surgical practice covering a wide range of the specialty, including head and neck, endocrine, sleep, pediatric, rhinology, otology, facial plastics, and skin cancer surgery.
• Collaboration with a collegial team of four (4) otolaryngologists with physician assistant support.
• Support from a dedicated group of 4 audiologists.
• Collaboration with a wider network of MAPMG otolaryngologists in our metropolitan service areas to include Washington D.C./suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia.
• A captured patient population within an integrated delivery system, promoting the full breadth of otolaryngology practice in a multi-specialty environment.
• Opportunity for mentoring and teaching through our ongoing relationship with the Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Graduating residents are encouraged to apply, with one year of experience preferred but not required.

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO Board certification or board eligibility in otolaryngology.
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

The starting annual salary for this position is $440,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
