Our focus is on long-term health, prevention, diagnosing, and treating diseases effectively. MAPMG researchers and staff support innovative ideas, ensuring quality care, educational programming, and advancing best practices through research. Now offering a $50,000 forgivable loan OR $150,000 in student loan repayment as a new hire incentive!

What You Can Expect:
  • A referral‑based surgical practice covering a wide range of the specialty, including head and neck, endocrine, sleep, pediatric, rhinology, otology, facial plastics, and skin cancer surgery.
  • Collaboration with a collegial team of four (4) otolaryngologists with physician assistant support.
  • Support from a dedicated group of 4 audiologists.
  • Collaboration with a wider network of MAPMG otolaryngologists in our metropolitan service areas to include Washington D.C./suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia.
  • A captured patient population within an integrated delivery system, promoting the full breadth of otolaryngology practice in a multi-specialty environment.
  • Opportunity for mentoring and teaching through our ongoing relationship with the Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology Residency program.
  • Graduating residents are encouraged to apply, with one year of experience preferred but not required.
Minimum Requirements:
  • MD or DO Board certification or board eligibility in otolaryngology.

  • Value teamwork
  • Are transparent and honest
  • Go “above and beyond” for their patients
We Provide You:
  • Competitive compensation
  • Pathway for physicians to become shareholders of MAPMG

In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
