Job summary

Summit Health Management seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our expanding ENT department within a multispecialty practice. You will provide comprehensive ENT care, collaborate with surgical partners, and contribute to a patient-centered care model.

We offer on-site ancillaries, mentorship for new graduates, and a generous compensation package as part of VillageMD's integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ENT with a strong clinical background.
• Collaborative, physician-led practice in a multispecialty environment.
• Ability to provide patient-centered, integrated ENT care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive ENT evaluation and treatment within a multispecialty group.
• Collaborate with surgeons, audiology, and other specialists for coordinated care.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to new graduates and staff as needed.

Practice Features

• On-site ancillaries including laboratory, radiology, and audiology services
• Access to Ambulatory Surgery Centers
• Collaboration with surgical partners
• Work 1 to 1 with a medical assistant and share nursing assistance
• Coverage is equally shared
• Large multispecialty group including Endocrinologists, Allergists, & Urgent Care Centers

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $330,000 - $700,000. The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
