Job summary

Summit Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our expanding ENT department. This physician-led, multispecialty network offers a collaborative environment with on-site laboratory, radiology, and audiology services, plus access to Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

You will provide patient-centered ENT care, work one-to-one with a medical assistant, share nursing support, and participate in mentorship for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist seeking to join a physician-led multispecialty group.
• Experience in multidisciplinary care and collaboration with surgical partners.
• Willingness to mentor new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT care across a multispecialty practice.
• Collaborate with on-site lab, radiology, and audiology services.
• Partner with surgical teams and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Share call coverage with colleagues.
• Mentor new graduates.

Compensation Range: $330,000 - $700,000

The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
