Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking an OTM Solutions Director to oversee customer projects and manage up to 5 direct reports. This full-time remote position offers a salary range between $145,000 - $160,000 and requires expertise in Supply Chain and Oracle Transportation Management.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and significant experience in Supply Chain and OTM, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• 5-10 years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects with executive-level contacts.
• Manage project issues such as design, configuration, and testing.
• Create business process designs meeting customer requirements.
