Position: Transportation OTM Application Functional Analyst

As the Transportation OTM Application Functional Analyst, you will utilize your deep functional knowledge and expertise in Oracle Transportation Management to translate business needs into artifacts, creating and delivering solutions within your area of expertise. Your industry or business process knowledge will also support and guide business process analysts through the design, build, and testing phases of projects.

What you'll do:

• Business Requirements: Define business scenarios, develop functional object test approaches, and create functional specifications including data mining development.
• Design: Design processes including batch jobs and data processes, conduct fit & gap analysis, configure software, and design master data with reporting and analytics development.
• Implementation: Conduct super-user training, execute cut-over, stabilize the post go-live environment, and provide ongoing application management and maintenance if required.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Five to eight years of ERP analysis or software development experience, with preferred experience in OTM functional analysis or configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently or in teams.
• Drive, initiative, and motivation towards results, with a focus on priorities.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with diverse groups including executives and subject matter experts.
